There is no refund on software once activated. This is consistent with the standard retail policy of 'no refund if box has been opened'. A free trial is available to aid in an informed buying decision. If you are unable to activate the product for any reason within 30 days of purchasing it, we will refund the purchase price.

On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving notification and verifying the return reason.

Logicom warrants this product, when updated to the current release level and when properly used, will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation, and the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt.
